Hillman Memory Assistant – Terms of Service

By accessing, purchasing, activating, or using the Hillman Memory Assistant device, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

By activating or using the Hillman Memory Assistant device on behalf of another individual (“the wearer”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Authorization

You represent that you have the legal authority or consent from the wearer to:

  • activate the device

  • collect location data

  • collect activity and sensor data

  • enable audio or video communication

  • monitor safety alerts

If the wearer is unable to provide informed consent due to medical or cognitive limitations, you represent that you are legally authorized to act in their best interest.

Monitoring Consent

By activating the device, you acknowledge that the Hillman Memory Assistant may collect and transmit:

  • location information

  • movement data

  • health-related sensor data

  • communication data

  • device status information

This data is used to support safety monitoring and caregiver communication.

Camera and Audio Use

  • replace the device

  • provide a refurbished replacement device
